Privacy notice (pre-launch)
Last updated: 2026. This is an initial pre-launch notice — have it reviewed before commercial launch.
Information collected
- Email (required, verified), use case, expected monthly token usage (required). Name, company, current AI provider, country/region, additional comments (optional).
- Signup timestamp, UTM/source (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), device type, country/region where legally appropriate.
- Local-only analytics events (page_view, hero_cta_click, model_cta_click, beta_cta_click, google_form_click) until a privacy-conscious provider is configured (see analytics.js).
Why information is collected
To validate developer demand, size capacity, plan free-tier economics and pricing, and notify you about the beta.
Email communication
Beta communication only when you consent (consent is captured in the Google Form). No sale of personal data. No advertising trackers in Phase 1.
Analytics
Privacy-conscious, local-first analytics by default. UTM parameters are recorded to measure Visitor → Beta registration. No third-party cookies unless you configure Plausible/PostHog with consent. Local storage holds UTM attribution + cookie-notice flag.
Data deletion / contact process
Email hello@v26-inference.com with subject “Delete my data” or “Unsubscribe”. We will confirm within 30 days.
Third parties
Registration runs on Google Forms (responses stored in Google's systems under Google's privacy policy — link your form's privacy notice). Hosting (Cloudflare/Vercel), and later: managed PostgreSQL, transactional email (Resend/Postmark/SES), error monitoring (Sentry). Listed in deployment docs when live.
